A Residential Treatment Center For
Sexually Abusive Males

About Pennsylvania Clinical Schools

Situated within the rolling hills of Chester County, Pennsylvania Clinical Schools (PCS) is a state- licensed, CARF accredited, residential treatment facility that provides treatment for both male juvenile sex offenders and males with behavior management issues, ages 13 to 20. Whether the youth is a first-time offender, or has a history of offenses and prior failed placements, PCS provides an effective, multi-disciplined program that teaches offenders to develop self-control and manage their inappropriate, and often, unsafe behaviors while respecting the rights of fellow residents and protecting the safety of the community.

Serving Individuals Most in Need

NO MORE VICTIMS”: This simple yet profound commitment is at the heart of all treatment at the Pennsylvania Clinical Schools. The mission of PCS is to provide the highest quality treatment services that are specific to behavior management and sexually abusive behaviors. By re-educating young men to respect and value themselves and others, the cycle of abuse, violence, and poor self-regulation can be interrupted and modified. PCS considers itself a “no touch” facility; providing for the increased safety of residents and staff by maintaining appropriate physical space and boundaries with others.
